About John McLaughlin
Mr. McLaughlin brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, spanning brokerage, credit administration, lending, and investment management. He has held key roles at organizations including CBRE, Commercial Capital Bank, ProLogis, Kairos Investment Management, and Money360.
Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise across the full spectrum of commercial real estate functions—from initial due diligence and comprehensive credit underwriting to portfolio oversight and asset management. His work has placed particular emphasis on construction lending, structured finance, and institutional real estate capital.
Mr. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
About Francesca Braniger
Ms. Braniger has over 20 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Lending space. She most recently served as Managing Director of Credit and Underwriting at Money360, where she spent six years leading credit and underwriting functions for the firm’s national bridge lending platform and oversaw the execution of multiple CLO’s.
Ms. Braniger has underwritten over $2 billion throughout a broad range of bridge loan transactions nationwide across all major asset classes, including multifamily, student housing, retail, office, self-storage, industrial, marinas, and hospitality. She’s worked for prestigious institutions throughout her career including: Wells Fargo, Sunwest Bank, Money360, and First Mariner Bank.
Ms. Braniger holds an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Sociology from the University of California at Riverside.
