About Francesca Braniger

Ms. Braniger has over 20 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Lending space. She most recently served as Managing Director of Credit and Underwriting at a large private debt fund, where she spent six years leading credit and underwriting functions for the firm’s national bridge lending platform and oversaw the execution of multiple CLO’s.

Ms. Braniger has underwritten over $2 billion throughout a broad range of bridge loan transactions nationwide across all major asset classes, including multifamily, student housing, retail, office, self-storage, industrial, marinas, and hospitality. She’s worked for prestigious institutions throughout her career including: Wells Fargo, Sunwest Bank, and First Mariner Bank. 

Ms. Braniger holds an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Sociology from the University of California at Riverside.
